- Work alongside dean to establish positive culture and identity within waka (house)

- Use academic, attendance and pastoral data to support students in waka

- Work with Dean and Senior leaders to identify and support classes where required

- Support positive classroom culture within new year 9 classes

- Work as an impact coach to observe and support teachers ensuring best practice is developed across the school

- Lead professional learning groups within the school to support teachers in professional inquiries
