  • Assist group GM and subsidiary GM's with internal audit reporting, and help implement any changes required.
  • Manage / assist with External audit.
  • Implement electronic (excel based) Balance sheet reconciliations rather than the historically paper base. Review all subsidiaries Balance Sheets, identifying / escalating any issues, new or ongoing.
  • Quite a lot of other activities .
