Summary
I am an energetic, passionate music educator with a diverse skill set. Areas of music I have been trained to teach in range from music composition, music analysis and contextual study through to performance music solo and group. While Head of Music at Nelson College, I oversaw the colleges development of a co-curricular performance program as well as attendance of festivals. This covered a wide array of genres with groups attending festivals such as the national chamber music competitions, Smokefree Rockquest and Musicworks bands and orchestras festival Aotearoa.
