As a volunteer Rural Support trust facilitator we work on the front lines of mental health and well being across the agricultural sector for farmers and growers. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the organisation in 2023 at a fundraising event. Through my background in the New Zealand Army i knew i had alot to offer the sector and have since come on board as a facilitator across the Waikato and Coromandel areas.
