Summary

I am from Gisborne born and raised, I spent most of my working life in retail and didn't start my journey into Social Work until 10 years ago. I haven't had the opportunity to complete my studies as I decided to go into full-time work instead. Over the last ten years, I have worked with whanau who have experienced trauma. I want to continue in this field as I have a lot to offer.

II have experience in providing vulnerable individuals with care to improve their quality of life. I am a warm and friendly professional committed to families dealing with various issues such as family harm.

I have excellent communication skills and the ability to build mutually respectful relationships. I work well in a team and also independently. I hold a clean full driver's license and am proficient on the computer.
