At Tātai Aho Rau, CORE Education, I have extensive experience spanning over ten years in supporting transformative change and working with groups or individual leaders to develop better approaches for ways of working as a team. I am passionate in supporting the establishment for ways of working that are highly effective with teams in both the business and education sector. I have worked extensively in the Grow Waitaha as a project lead and navigator working to support schools from the time they ready themselves to undergo a significant building development through to occupancy of the new facilities. I am an accredited facilitator with the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience and lead professional development in wellbeing literacy's across schools in Waitaha, Canterbury. My expertise in equity design and wellbeing strategies drives impactful change. I am grateful that in my mahi I get to work alongside those dedicated to education, leadership and equity in Aotearoa. I am grateful to be able to support conversations and create spaces where critical thinking and creativity can align, and where people can feel safe to enter into necessary conversations. My passion about leadership, wellbeing and equity in Aotearoa is something that I strive to uphold in all aspects of my work.
