My experience in working with school leaders has included developing strategic initiatives and drive organisational change aligned the schools vision, strategic priorities and curriculum development. I have worked with leaders, boards, staff and ākonga in programmes around curriculum development, build projects, health and wellbeing, equity and cultural responsive pedagogy, change leadership, and developing positive team cultures all underpinned by my commitment to equity and upholding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

As a facilitator for over 10 years I have experience in working with schools to develop their national and local curriculum and I bring expertise in designing and implementing frameworks ensuring educational goals are met. I possess strong leadership skills, guiding and mentoring teams in best practices, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, I have supported schools in making data-driven decisions to enhance student engagement and wellbeing.

I have a proven ability to build trusting relationships and I facilitate and lead how to have courageous conversations. I am a certified coach and mentor, dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to make meaningful sustainable change and growth for themselves and their work.
