- Wellbeing Leader - leadership of the Wellbeing team within the school, running meetings that incorporate outside agencies. Regularly updating the student Wellbeing register. Lead the team that was nominated for the 2019 Prime Ministers Excellence Award for Wellbeing.

- Junior School Curriculum - responsible for the overview of what is being taught in Years 7 - 10
- Year 7 - 10 assessment coordination
- Attendance - tracking attendance data/patterns, working with Kaiawhina, students and whaanau to improve attendance.
- Staff Observations - visited classrooms, gathered information and data, gave relevant feedback and feedforward.
- Staff Wellbeing - worked with Te Whatu Ora, Workwell framework to create action plans to support staff wellbeing. Received Bronze award for this work in 2021 and Silver in 2023.
- Student Leadership/Student Council - responsible for creating a process of selecting student leaders, creating then working with Student Council on a weekly basis.
- SENCO/LSC - oversight of this area.
- Pastoral team member - active member of the team supporting students, staff, whanau and the BOT with disciplinary issues.

- Trailing new literacy initiatives and creating new programs of learning within the department
- Facilitated workshops to support teacher understanding of literacy strategies
- Worked with MOE providers to unpack data and observe staff teaching new literacy strategies
- Liaised with different departments in school to work out literacy strategies that would be relevant and support student learning in their subject area.
- Worked with groups of students to support learning and understanding of the use of a variety digital platforms
- Planned and executed activities to promote creativity and enjoyment of the subject.
