As a Special Asset Manager at Hatton National Bank, I have experience in managing complex and challenging credit portfolios in the emerging corporate sector. My mission is to optimize the recovery of distressed assets, minimize losses, and enhance customer relationships.

I have a strong background in corporate and commercial banking, SME relationship management, and general banking operations. I am skilled in analyzing financial statements, business processes, and credit proposals, as well as negotiating terms, pricing, and collateral. I have a proven track record of formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies, cross-selling products, and achieving budgetary targets. I hold a Diploma in Banking & Finance from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Rajarata University, and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Management from the Post Graduate Institute of Management of University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
