  • Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the appropriate channels
  • Checking the BL status, ETA and ETD on the behalf of customers
  • Preparing RFS (received for shipment) BLs for customers
  • Communicating to agent and documentation team regarding the amendment in BLs and charges on the behalf of customers
  • Forwarding the final set of BLs to customers including all details like vessel, voyage, release etc
  • Customs clearance desk
  • Requesting the required documents to customers for custom clearance and generating ED at the timer of cargo pickup
  • Process the documents for clearance in Mirsall II, after receiving those from customers
  • Support Desk
    Handling the calls of the customers or their clearing agents regarding enquiries of their shipments
    Inform customer about the arrival of the shipment, number of packages, description of goods, their weight and collection charges etc
    Check and informing Delivery Order readiness of shipment to the customers.
    Set priorities and problem-solved workflow issues to maintain rapport with customers and managers.
