Since graduating from university, I have worked exclusively in ICUs, and the longer I stay, the more passionate I become. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations and find deep personal fulfillment in managing critically ill patients, particularly those with complex cardiac and respiratory conditions. I am committed to ongoing learning and continuously refining my practice to deliver safe, evidence-based care. · AMI, heart failure, AV block, cardiac arrest, myocarditis

· Proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and pharmacological management

Renal Replacement Therapy:

· CRRT (CVVH, CVVHDF), plasma exchange, hemoperfusion (Fresenius & Asahi Kasei)

· Experienced with AVF and central venous access, fluid and electrolyte management

Mechanical Ventilation:

· Devices: Hamilton C6/G5, Dräger Evita V800/XL, Maquet Servo-i/Servo-s, Mindray SV350

· Skilled in invasive/non-invasive ventilation, weaning, troubleshooting alarms

Neurological & Trauma Care:

· SAH, ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke post EVT/thrombolysis

· Thoracolumbar fractures, pulmonary contusion, pneumothorax, pelvic traum
