Im performing the same duties I carried out in my previous role with Shape Energy. I was approached by Secair while working for Shape Energy and offered a role with their team and decided to make the move due to the smaller team and higher pay rate along with further training under Ivan Van Rooyan. I enjoy the work but being on the road in Auckland traffic and averaging 800 - 1000kms per week performing my work duties for almost 4 years now Ive decided to seek a long-term carrier in an engineering or related role in a fixed location close to my home in Pukekohe.

• Improved equipment efficiency by conducting regular compressor maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintained accurate records of service work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating audits.
• Operated all vehicles, tools and equipment in line with company guidelines.
• Sustained production output for my clients, promptly responding to emergency breakdowns and diagnosing and repairing clients compressors in a timely manner whenever possible.
• Travelled on average 800-1000kms per week throughout Auckland to perform required duties.

• Performed preventive maintenance on schedule to maintain performance of Rotary screw and piston compressors.

• Designed and installed high pressure and standard pressure aluminium and galvanised airlines for commercial clients.

• Assisted in troubleshooting issues with production equipment and machinery during production processes, minimizing delays and ensuring timely completion of required repairs at all times.
• Liaised with production managers and packing staff to develop innovative solutions to minimise downtime of machinery, resulting in improved results regarding preventative maintenance and equipment downtime.
• Gained hands-on experience with engineering tools and equipment, enhancing overall skillset as an apprentice engineer.
• Gained valuable knowledge of all process equipment such as , food process conveyors, automated packaging equipment, dye cutters, automated palletising equipment etc.
