I have been in a leadership role for about 5 years, and in that time I have foisted strong relationships with my team and led them in their careers to be independent within their roles. In my current position, I have implemented strong processes that are easy to follow and well organized which have resulted in the best results for my team members and our customers. I have a strong drive for customer satisfaction - I take complaints very seriously and use these experiences to question and improve the status quo. I have a strong background as an automotive technician, which has served me well as a manager and enabled me to progress to into a leadership position.
