I am hardworking and strong team leader that is looking for a employer committed to staff development. I have been in a leadership role for about 5 years, and in that time I have foisted strong relationships with my team and led them in their careers to be independent within their roles. In my current position, I have implemented strong processes that are easy to follow and well organized which have resulted in the best results for my team members and our customers. I have a strong drive for customer satisfaction - I take complaints very seriously and use these experiences to question and improve the status quo. I have a strong background as an automotive technician, which has served me well as a manager and enabled me to progress to into a leadership position.   • Implemented processes that increased customers satisfaction, by detailing clear description of work that is going to be carried out on clients vehicles and any costs that come with the work, as well as detailed description on invoices.
  • Maintained positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions. Any issues with client vehicles are kept updated with tech progress any part delays and managing clients in a calm and professional manner.
  • Regular record keeping, updating and maintaining NZTA QMS records keep to NZTA requirement's, PDI (Pre delivery inspections) records maintained and digitized. I also managed the parts department keeping track of parts on back order and followed up if expected ETA was exceeded.
  • KPI's - I have a great understating of these and monitored daily weekly and followed up with my team.
