Learning something new doesn't have to be difficult or scary, why can't it be enjoyable and effective?

• Designed, implemented and facilitated training during the January and February 2023 weather events, for people with varying experience levels from all areas of the business and abroad to swiftly be able to help customers in their time of need.
• Lead and executed the separation of the Contents and Home claims training programs to make the information easier to embed for the learners. Worked with stakeholders and relevant departments to understand all aspects of the proposal and was able to secure complete approval by careful consideration and communication. The separation has been a huge success for both the department and the people going through the programs.
• Facilitated the company wide leadership training known as Elevate, as well as other personal development sessions such as Conflict Styles, the 6 Trumps, and Growth Mindset.

• The rate of resignations within and directly after the inductions I have facilitated has been less than 5%.
• Achieved a 98% overall learner satisfaction score during my tenure as a L&D Specialist at AA Insurance (Oct 2019 to Nov 2023)
• Built and maintained stakeholder relationships to ensure an effective working environment and a high level of trust.
• Developed and streamlined an effective virtual program through Covid 19.

I'm an avid gamer, though I tend more towards RPGs than other types.

I have been a fan of fantasy novels since a young age and devour books published by my favourite authors as soon as they come out.

The work that goes on behind the scenes of movies and television has always intrigued me, which was one of the reasons why I initially pursued a career in that area. I like well written and executed stories.
