I have experience in flight training as pre-COVID, I was training and studying to complete my Private Pilot's License. I have completed a handful of solo flights, which is incredibly fulfilling and have since moved on to study at the university of Canterbury, still with a heavy passion for flying. In my spare time, I enjoy flying radio control model aircraft and drones, which keeps my flying passion alive as I finish my tertiary education. My love for history also ties in with my love of flight and willingness to learn any and all history, with a specific interest in the major world wars. Furthermore, I enjoy board games and card games that require strategy and fast-paced thinking, along with puzzles, which keep me busy for days. I love spending time with friends and family and travelling across New Zealand, appreciating the diverse landscape and culture present in my backyard. Adventuring outdoors and exploring has always brought about a sense of relief and a short escape from the bustling life within Christchurch city. 

I am an eager learner with many skills that allow me to quickly incorporate them into specific work with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to challenges I may face along the way. I also speak Russian, which is an important part of my family as my grandmother and mother moved here to be able to provide for me and my brother. I am incredibly excited about this opportunity to fly, as it has been a dream and a goal of mine to fly aircraft and enjoy the world from one of the best perspectives there is - from the cockpit :)
