• At The Pier I am responsible for taking customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Working in this busy restaurant has taught me how to handle pressure whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
• My responsibilities include keeping my section tidy and all the customers in it happy. Communicating with the kitchen and bar to ensure customers requests can be carried out correctly and collaborating with the other team members during busy shifts to maintain efficient workflow and excellent guest experiences.

At Waitrose I worked as a Christmas Temp. During the month leading up to Christmas.

• I was responsible for stocking shelves, ensuring the shop was extremely clean and accessible for everyone.
• I would be responsible for packing Uber and Deliveroo orders too, picking the best quality products and ensuring the shop didn't have any fruit and vegetables that were unsellable or dirty
• I also assisted many customers finding what they needed and assisting them with all their questions.
• I also took payments on tills at checkouts too ensuring that customers had a friendly experience the whole way through their shop.

• Provided friendly service while multitasking in the fast-paced environment, taking orders, serving food and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I also worked at any weddings that were running and helped serve food in the high paced wedding venue.
• Helped to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Part of my responsibilities involved greeting guests warmly and helping them with any questions they had
• I also learnt how to remain focused, calm and professional during the peak rush hours.

• At Mor I was responsible for taking customer orders and helping with any questions they may of had, serving food and drinks and ensuring everything is up to the high standards we set for ourselves and Mor.
• I was taught how to make a variety of hot drinks teas and coffees. I was also in charge of preparing and making the fresh baguettes that we served for the lunch rush.
• This job helped me grow in confidence and develop my customer service skills whilst being in a warm and friendly team environment where we all supported one another.

The Wee Crook Café was reopened for our village and I volunteered there around school and my other job for a month.

• I learnt how to take customer orders and use the POS system.
• I prepared food and drinks efficiently
• I also learnt how to manage and assist difficult customers deescalating situations before they arose.

During my time as a soft play assistant I developed my customer service skills, I was responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the children visiting.

• Supervised children, maintained cleanliness and safety inside the soft play, and provided assistance to parents and guardians as needed.
• For this job I had to do an extensive pediatric first aid course and now hold this qualification.
• This job also trained me on giving great customer service and assistance. By doing this I was able to organize and run many birthday parties for children ages 1-14
• This job also helped me to learn how to work efficiently, independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
