• Training and teaching junior staff about medication calculation and administration applicable in the care of a child in PICU as well as evaluate subordinate's competency.
• Implementing nursing process in the care of patient, assessing upon admission, formulating nursing diagnosis upon problems identified, formulates goal plan, implement and evaluates care rendered.
• Tracking vital signs and reports changes in patient's condition; administering prescribed treatment and medication and observe for side effects.
