Summary
I am a Software Test Engineer and Test Team Leader with over 8 years of IT experience in support and testing. Recently, I successfully led a team of inexperienced testers through a quality assurance process as part of a large mobile device management transition project. My role included the delivery of a test plan, test scripts and results reporting, as well as co-ordinating day to day activities of the test team and providing guidance as well as being responsible for my testing activity. The project involved a wide range of stakeholders and a complex migration process and utilised multiple technologies. The test team was recognised both internally and by our vendor partner as having performed exceptionally well. My technical expertise includes automation testing, particularly with the Selenium framework, using the Spirent iTest. I have completed training on Playwright and have hands-on experience with Playwright in VS Code, along with programming in TypeScript. I am interested in both Manual and test automation roles.
