  • While working in this role I have gained the skills to be able to manage a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure that the shift runs smoothly
  • I successfully run shifts 5 days a week and work well with my Store Manager to guide our team to reach collective goals
  • My main priorities as Assistant Manager is to successfully run multiple shifts a week, handle cash in both floats and banking deposit aspects and complete food hygiene audits such as temperature taking and stock counts/daily stock takes
  • With being the Middle ground between team members and management i like to lead the team to success by displaying exceptional, customer service and being a trustworthy and respectable person, the team can come to for advice, feedback and general support to help them succeed
  • To obtain this position I was required to complete a first aid course which I had completed prior – this certificate is valid for 3 years.
