
A fully trained Pharmacy Accuracy Checking Technician (PACT) looking to put my knowledge to practice. I have a drive for growth, continual improvement and achieving the best outcomes for patients. I have obtained full practical experience as a pharmacy accuracy checking technician through my current job and practicals which I did during my course. In my previous roles, I have been focusing on developing my customer service skills and gaining skills around managing people. I personally believe in acting ethically and transparently with my team and managers to find the best solution, achieve the best team outcome and most importantly deliver the appropriate standard of practice. I am able to prioritise multiple responsibilities and work under pressure as the pharmacy I am currently working in is a VERY busy pharmacy.
In 2021, straight after I graduated I was offered a job at chemist warehouse as a full time pharmacy technician. I have gained heaps of experience and grown so much from where I first began. Currently I am a qualified pharmacy accuracy checking technician. l maintain customer loyalty by responding to special customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. On a regular basis I handle Stock management, Assist and advice patients on minor injury or wound management, personal healthcare, Eye care, nutrition and dietary requirements, Seasonal ailments, Answering incoming telephones in a professional manner, Restocking shelves, Processing/dispensing medications, Making/processing blister packs, Doing end of day order for dispensary through propharma/onelink, Accurately make compounding medications, Cashing up at the end of the day, checking blister packs and prescriptions that are clinically checked by the pharmacist . As a bonus I can work on both rx one and toniq!!
