In 2021, straight after I graduated I was offered a job at chemist warehouse as a full time pharmacy technician. I have gained heaps of experience and grown so much from where I first began. Currently I am a qualified pharmacy accuracy checking technician. l maintain customer loyalty by responding to special customer requests in a timely and efficient manner. On a regular basis I handle Stock management, Assist and advice patients on minor injury or wound management, personal healthcare, Eye care, nutrition and dietary requirements, Seasonal ailments, Answering incoming telephones in a professional manner, Restocking shelves, Processing/dispensing medications, Making/processing blister packs, Doing end of day order for dispensary through propharma/onelink, Accurately make compounding medications, Cashing up at the end of the day, checking blister packs and prescriptions that are clinically checked by the pharmacist . As a bonus I can work on both rx one and toniq!!

• During my practical I was offered a job as a pharmacy assistant for the summer break in the same pharmacy I obtain my hours working as a pharmacy technician. This was a great opportunity and experience for me as I got to work with a number of patients that I was already familiar with for longer periods of time and build a rapport relationship with them. I Assisted customers by answering questions, locating items or referring to pharmacist for medication information if it was out of my knowledge.
