I have worked in this role for the past 5 years. In my role I was the one who dealt with our client base, we are our own Insurance company. Which was personal insurance as in Life cover, Medical cover, Trauma and also home car contents. I would answer any emails that came in from clients, and would get in contact with our clients when they were due for a review meeting and get them booked in to review there cover with there adviser. That meant calling them and offering a review, or if they preferred to be emailed I would email our clients.

I would welcome customers to our store and help with any questions in regarding to our clothing. I would serve customers when they were ready and every Sunday I would stock take and make sure everything was up to date for the coming week.
