- I have worked for Spencer and henshaw company for a very long time and became the senior trainer of the company training allsorts of workers to meet the standards of home renovations and completing the tasks that have been given to us.
- Spencer and henshaw is a company that is contracted by housing New Zealand in which where we fix the property's that we receive on our portals.
- We did everything from installing windows, doors, gib fixing, plastering basically everything that is broken, needs repairing, changing of locks everything.

- I repair small engines from 2 stroke to 4 stroke engines, as well as welding forestry gates, service diesel and petrol vehicles and service fire equipment on Fire trucks in northland. I have also done a lot of fire fighting in the forest industry.
- My role was to go out to the forest and either fit a new gate or repair the already existing gate from people who go out and cut them. If I am not out doing those jobs i am back in the workshop servicing and repairing fire trucks.

- At first I started as a packer putting meat (Beef) into boxes and sending those boxes off to the freezer. Lasted in that position for 2 months then moved up to bone trimmer. Cutting and trimming for specific orders to the customers satisfaction.
- After 3 months of bone trimming I moved up to A grade boner as we were short staffed of boners. After learning all the cuts required to break down a beef I was there and part of a 8 man team breaking down the beef.
