Maintaining a safe work from energized conductors os crucial to prevent electrical hazards. De-energizing the lines whenever possible significantly reduces the risk of accident. Always adhere to established safety protocols and regulations when working in proximity to high-voltage equipment.

• Driver in heavy truck Hiab or EWP and deliver to the job site
• Builds and maintains electrical lines and other electrical facilities like overhead wire stringing.
• Frequently works in lived wire with energized high voltages.
• Work on energized and DE –energized lines.
• Observes safety rules for electrical employees.
• Operate heavy and hydraulic truck equipment.
• Respond to service calls and make repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctioning system to identify hazards, defects and need for adjustment of repairs.
• Presided over cable tray install pulling wire, terminating of wires, installation of field devices and equipment.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Provide assistance during emergencies by flood light and generators, placing flares and driving needed vehicles.
• Responsible for energy management control wiring.
• Builds and construct electric pole.
• Presided over cable tray installation, pulling wire, terminating of wires, installation of field devices and equipment.
• Trims trees away from electric line.
• Plan lay-out and installation of electrical wiring.
• Assist in supervising crews.
• Test electrical system, circuit breaker, transformer, or other components.
• Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
• Must be able to climb poles to perform duties needed.
• JOB DESCRIPTION
• Driver and Construct, maintains, operates and repair electrical overhead distribution system and substations, performing duties which includes stringing wires, setting pole and anchors, hanging transformers, lightning arrester, DDO’S, cross arm and insulators, vaults, cables, switches and associated system components. Locates trouble in primary and secondary system, replaces fuses in transformers and clear faulted circuits and systems. Frequently works with energized high voltage systems requiring skill and care to protect the lives of themselves and others. Required to perform overtime work when called during off- duty hour if problem occur in the distribution system or to connect customers. Frequently work in inclement weather. Supervises materials handling, execution and closing of in- housework orders, ECP related, miscellaneous projects and maintenance of design works involving Special Line Equipment’s. Monitors the execution of preventive maintenance for Special Line Equipment’s as well as in the insulator and equipment washing and its corrective maintenance. Perform necessary preventive and corrective Maintenance of reported operating troubles involving special line equipment’s such as load breaks, switches, remote-controlled line switches, recloses, sectionalizes, voltage regulators and line capacitors.
• Retain all the electrical as well as power structures for our residences. They inaugurate and preserve the wiring and control equipment by which electricity runs. Install, maintain, and repair electric wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that the work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service the residential area, streetlight, intercom system or electrical control system.
