• Manage the day-to-day execution of booking requests, equipment, and transport, proactively identifying potential issues, resolving efficiently, and communicating with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage operational relationships with carriers, transport providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction of equipment supply & booking confirmations.
• Monitor and ensure operational tasks are fulfilled with respect to equipment supply, release management and transport. Maintain container event milestones.
• Manage every customer order against key event milestones and planned dates, take necessary action to keep the delivery/order on plan.
• Review customer-requested order constraints, setting as appropriate and aligned to the solution.

Actively work to reduce customer-requested order constraints, working closely with Account Managers to adjust solutions and increase no-touch order processing.

• 8 weeks contract role for leave cover in NPDL while actively looking for permanent role.
• Optimization of equipment utilization as per demand and collaborating with Booking’s and Customer Services’ teams for forecast of equipment as per bookings in advance and ensure that container fleet is maintained and able to meet forecast and demand.
• Monitor overdue units in Shipper/Consignee possession and send regular follow ups to agents chasing overdue containers.
• Arranging and updating bookings for empty Repos within NZ and Evacs out of NZ and coordinating with transport, depots and Ports.

• Monitoring of Container tracking using T.S lines system and Cargowise One and updating both systems with latest data.

• Management of in/outbound rail movements to/from Auckland Metroport via Rail from Tauranga.

• Managed M&R activities across AU, NZ and all pacific islands ensuring equipment being maintained & repaired as per company's guidelines in a timely manner and deliver sound, safe and clean containers to customers.

• Generating and sending monthly detention reports to the agents and monitoring collections of detentions and follow up with the agents across all locations.
• Collating damage reports received from agents and ensuring pro forma claims are sent to consignees by the agent and approving the invoicing of actual damage once it is quantified.
• Processing & Approving equipment POs, invoices and On-selling and scrapping of containers as per NPDL guidelines.
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as Depots, repair shops, regional agent’s offices, and colleagues to deliver the most competitive product & services for our customers.

• Monitors all loads under dispatch authority for on-time service, communicating status updates to include time changes, appointments, and updates to customers and vendors as necessary
• Prepare daily dispatch schedule for drivers and equipment & Acts as a primary contact for Drivers, responding promptly to driver’s inquiries regarding product delivery discrepancies
• Supports Load Planners utilizing dynamic routing program to efficiently route outbound product

Ensure that container fleet is maintained and repaired as per global guidelines in a timely manner together with suppliers, and deliver sound, safe and clean containers to customers

• Coordinating all container rejections for NZ and directly managing key clients such as for all rejections and returns
• Coordinating 3P damage recoveries, OOS levels and container costs in the region.
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as repair shops, regional operations team, Global service centres, and colleagues around the world in EMR div to deliver the most competitive product for our customers.

• Customer Dispute Resolution through leading discussions with customers in resolving existing disputes and established new customer analytics function and implemented customer performance scoreboards at an enterprise level.
• Coordinated and reconciled physical inventories to ensure 100% compliance through identifying areas of shortage based on safety stocks and/or forecast and allotment requirements. Handled key inventory tasks and monitored for inventory discrepancies.
• Analyzed Inventory and waste using Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, PEx which resulted in cost cutting on future orders while directly affecting our P&L statement resulting increase in margins and allowed us to be more competitive.

• Worked on a project providing SQL DBA Support to HUMANA (US), a managed health care
  organization, which offers HMOs and PPOs in many US states.
• Provided end to end support involving Development, Testing, QA and Production support. The support involved various DBA Monitoring.
