  • Australia Customer Care and Sales Coordinator - responsible for delivering excellent support to all ECOYA customers both trade and consumer
  • Manage all incoming enquiries across the ECOYA brand in the Australian market.
  • Manage the fulfillment and delivery of wholesale and corporate orders to reach sales targets.
  • Support the sales team with report analysis and stock tracking.
  • Responsible for providing and processing information in response to enquiries, concerns, requests about products and services as well as providing key support to our Australian sales team.
  • Entering orders and fulfilling EDI orders for all Major customers in the Australian market.
  • Respond to online customer enquiries through Gorgias in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of my daily duties.
  • Responsible for completing the management of the fulfillment of all trade orders including management of back orders, out of stock and call notes in NetSuite and Opmetrix in a cost effective manner.
  • Initiate investigations with out 3PL and 4PL companies on missing or damaged items and arranging replacements where necessary.
  • Management of a daily 4PL exceptions report to ensure customers are advised of delays to their orders in transit and follow ups are initiated.
  • Managing the customer database in NetSuite, including entering new accounts, closing accounts and keeping current records up to date.
  • Track and trace of customer orders and providing POD's to customers and arranging redirections where required.
