As a Teacher Aide I aim to bring enthusiasm and positive energy into the learning environment.
I strive to be a positive role model successful in quickly building rapport with students. I work well with lead teachers to develop an environment conducive to learning.
I have had success especially with high-energy boys, helping to bring them back onto task and negating any potential classroom disruption. I can identify students beginning to become off task and redirect them in a way that supports their engagement, without interrupting the other learners.
I love a challenge, and the various skills I have developed throughout my working life give me the tools and confidence to take on any situation I find myself in.
