Having been a member of the pawshake community for a couple of years now I have had the pleasure of working with dozens of pets and pet parents around the hamilton region. My services include but are not limited to:

• House sitting in owners home
• Boarding dogs in my own home and attending to their needs for extended periods of time
• Walking dogs solo or in packs
• Doggy daycare out of my own home with enrichment and stimulation for groups of up to 4 dogs
• Dog training sessions, helping owners with learning basic commands

Having worked in a temporary contract role to support Cattery staff during their busy summer season, my duties included:

• Being fully and solely responsible for the Cattery whilst the owners were away
• Working in the office answering customers queries and calls, checking cats in and out,taking payments
• keeping cats rooms clean,sweeping,cleaning out litter etc
• Feeding animals
• Interacting with the cats,patting,brushing,playing
• An understanding of cats individual needs,recognising potential health concerns,dealing with cats specific requests ie giving insulin injection to diabetic cat etc
• Keeping the office and and kitchen clean,tidy and stocked.

• Maintained a clean and sanitary kennel environment through daily cleaning tasks, ensuring the comfort and well-being of all animals.
• Monitored and maintained food and water of boarded animals according to animal dietary health guidelines.
• Collected animal waste produced on walks and discarded in trash or approved receptacles.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing attentive and compassionate service during pet drop-offs and pickups.
• Bathed and groomed dogs
• Understanding of canine behaviour
• Confident handling dogs in all shapes and sizes

• Maintained a clean and welcoming environment for guests, contributing to positive dining experiences.
• Handled high-pressure situations with grace, maintaining excellent service standards even during peak hours or understaffed shifts.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by providing attentive service and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• Performed opening and closing duties diligently, ensuring the restaurant was ready for optimal operations each day.
