I am currently working full time at The Good George brewery and eatery as a kitchen hand, although I am looking for a change of job in a different field of work.

Some of my responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
• Trialing and training new staff as kitchen hands.
• Chopping vegetables, cutting up fruit, and preparing sauces when kitchen staff was busy.
• Following recipes and chef instructions to prepare food correctly.
• Inventory and stock management of food and ingredients.
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Loading dishes, glasses and tableware into dishwashing machines.

I previously worked for the House Of Chocolate in their dessert cafe, and occasionally their factory, from April of 2022 until May 2023 until the cafe unfortunately had to close down.

Some of my work there involved, but was not limited to, the tasks below

• Cleaned and sanitized dishes and utensils, consistently keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads.
• Maintained clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety.
• Inventory and stock management of food and ingredients.
• Plated and presented food following chef requirements.
• Restocked supplies and prepared additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods.
• Unloaded food deliveries and stored items in proper locations for easy access.

I walked dogs for friends and families in the community which also led to occasionally house and pet sitting for clients. Only stopping due to Covid complications although I still help previous clients when possible.

Services I provided while dog walking were:

• I provided dogs with exercise and fresh air to promote their physical and mental health.
• Created close bonds with each dog.
• Fed, walked, and cared for dogs during owners' absences and out-of-town trips.
• Cleaned up after dogs and properly disposed of waste to keep community clean and free of potential hazards.
• Made owners comfortable with care by following instructions and meeting their dog’s needs.
• Monitored animal behaviour to keep owners informed on progress and any issues.
