- My role with The Warehouse group as IT Helpdesk analyst is to provide tech support to the customer with the products which they have bought or to guide them about the products and technology which can help to improve their daily life
- That includes but not limited to setting up mesh Wi-Fi for them and helps them to manage the devices connected to their network, setting up smart TVs and provide them information to get the most out of it and educate them about the smart features of the product
- Help customers to setup and troubleshoot the problem remotely
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop/portable devices hardware, software, and operating issues
- Diagnose and resolve printer hardware, software, and operating issues
- Perform basic Administration tasks (such as Password resets, account creations/deletions) as defined in the specific customer configuration work rules
- Perform tasks within Exchange and Office 365 Admin Portal relating to mailbox creations, mailbox delegations, mail flows etc
- Perform backup checks and raise tickets for errors
- Redirect more complex problems to appropriate senior resources
- Actively engage in all projects related work when requested to do so
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention like engaging the appropriate resource after performing basic checks on disk alerts or other alerts received from managed servers.
