Contract ER397 is a Design and Build Contract for the expansion of KPE/TPE Interchange and the construction of an arterial road from the expanded interchange to connect to Punggol Central. The contract involves the construction of five vehicular bridges; including two bridges crossing the Sungei Serangoon Reservoir and one across Sungei Blukar, piled roadways constructed on the former municipal landfill area and associated drain works. The work scope also requires the dispose offsite, the waste from the landfill that are excavated in the course of construction.
