Warkworth Fitness Ltd employed Avalon Stapleton twice between March 2017 and February 2023, as a personal trainer and gym manager. During this time we found Avalon to be a hardworking, loyal and very important member of our staff.

Avalon had a varied role in our team and performed all tasks given to her to an incredibly high standard. During her time with us she became assistant manager in the gym, a role she performed with excellence. She was well liked by the staff and was often a sounding board for any new and inexperienced staff.

A real strength of Avalons was her ability to interact with our clients. Her ability to adapt to different customer personalities and empathize with their needs significantly contributed to our high customer retention rate, and many customers specifically requested to be seen by Avalon. Her exceptional communication skills allowed her to adapt effortlessly to any situation, making customers feel heard, valued, and satisfied with the service they received. Not only did Avalon consistently meet our customer service standards, but she also exceeded them with her genuine passion for helping others. Her positive attitude was contagious among her colleagues as well.

In summary, Avalon is an exceptional customer service professional whose dedication, positive attitude, and outstanding skills make them an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to provide exceptional customer experiences. We were gutted to lose Avalon when she left to go to Australia and it was a very easy decision to hire her again when she moved back to the area.
