This project focused on enhancing their Salesforce ecosystem by streamlining account creation, improving order efficiency, and optimizing sales and service processes.

• Implemented E-Commerce Accounts Creation based on NZBN, reducing account opening time from 15 days to 10 minutes. Added inline documents, proof submission, and DocuSign signing via REST API.
• Implemented an SMS service to send daily fish availability and other alerts (out-of-stock, backorders) to customers, boosting revenue and order efficiency.
• Implemented bulk visit creation for sales reps to schedule multiple customer visits at once, improving productivity.
• Improved the CPQ process with code enhancements for handling large quotes.
• Implemented maps for sales reps to locate the nearest warehouses for faster deliveries.

I was responsible for gathering all the data from the client, understand the current functionality of the tool and replicate the same tool in Salesforce as a Lightning Application.

Mostly I am working on Lightning community and in creation custom lightning components.
