I was fortunate enough to also be a QC & Supervisor working for this contractor.

My job in this position as a QC (quality control) to to re check to ensure all fruit was being handled and maintained correctly.

My job as a supervisor was to give detailed instructions to the orchid crew on how the fruit would be handled and maintained by the crew. I was also responsible for the recount of how many fruit trees were being done each day by the orchid crew aswell as making sure everyone was using the ladders and or work gear ( secatuers, loppers ect) correctly & safely. Head counts, tool box meetings were also frequently done in this supervising position.

I have also worked with Sonu contracting on and off throughout the years. Covering a wide range of orchid work.
