I'm passionate about people and the opportunities that Silver Fern Farms can bring to people. I am familiar with technology and currently use the Microsoft suite daily with my current role. Over my time working for Silver Fern Farms I've had many opportunities and been able to witness their values in action by giving back to the community and creating a space where people feel safe and welcomed. Apart of my current role has been assisting the QA Test Team with bugs found and making decisions in a fast paced environment around these bugs and how to move forward. I have gained skills that allow me to be able to work with many different people in many different roles across the business and am confident in selling not only Silver Fern Farms but the product and culture that comes with this. My time as QA at Finegand also allowed me to look at things from the perspective of a customer and ensure that we are meeting our requirements as well aligning with the companies goals and core values.
