I am currently working as a registered nurse at the Post Anesthetic care Unit in Northshore Hospital. I am passionate about nursing and strive for excellence while providing top quality care in one of the largest and leading districts in Auckland. My nursing philosophy is that nursing in its core means to be compassionate and empathetic while providing personalized care to each patient. I find it important to recognize that everyone is different and unique in their own ways and each nurse has a distinctive skillset and background that can contribute to the workforce. In the same way, we as nurses should adapt our care to patients to provide the best health outcomes. From my previous years as a registered nurse, I bring clear and effective communication to build professional connections with co-workers, patients and whanau.
