Summary

I come to you offering 8+ years of solid customer service and client relationship management skills. I have a passion for delivering a superior service that builds client loyalty and creates positive customer experiences.

With a high knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, internal software systems and resource coordination software, coupled with a strong background in both scheduling and coordination of workforce and resources. I am well versed in dealing within high pressure, fast paced environments. I pride myself in problem solving, and attention to detail all whilst maintaining a professional and outwardly positive approach at all times. I am a motivated, energetic and reputable individual possessing a strong work ethic, with a high level of initiative.

Capable of adapting, prioritising tasks and utilising timely decision-making skills that add depth and flow to my workplace. I also have a high degree of respect from within my workforce for ensuring their time is utilised optimally and knowing they can rely on me to troubleshoot and problem solve in their best interests where possible, this in turn provides me a harmonious and dedicated team to work with.

Having previously trained as a hairdresser and having worked for a number of years within the industry, but with a background also in the industrial hire industry, pivoting in 2022 to a front line administration/scheduling role has consolidated my skills in prioritising workloads and optimising operational processes within both office environments and trade based industries. I have a strong desire to push myself for professional development, learn new skills and to further enhance my current skillset, I am also into my second year studying Business Administration through Te Pukenga with the view to extend my studies into Project Management. I am a focused and committed employee, personable and capable with a positive outlook.
