At The Warehouse gore I was able to excel my knowledge throughout different departments. I first started off as a shop floor team member filling shelves, Secondly I moved to checkouts and customer service learning the ways around excellence customer service and how to interact with different customers. Thirdly I moved into entertainment where I learned the expertise of different technology products. In this department I learned how to deal with different types of problems from customers technological problems to item defects. I also learned how to manage my own area and how to merchandise products for best sales points. I’m currently being trained for stockroom/inwards goods.
