Recruitment and Selection – (Mar/2018 – Sep/2018) (Job Rotation)
- Opened job positions and managed the recruitment process, maintaining contact with candidates;
- Daily update of the sales department's vacancy status report to ensure everyone has access to current information;
- Monitored the medical examination process and document submission;
- Executed all stages of the recruitment process in the system to maintain up-to-date information and ensure complete process documentation via the system.

- Maintained a training registration spreadsheet.
- Compiled compliance training records conducted in-person or via e-learning and generated reports for Mexico;
- Controlled and distributed Human Rights and Code of Ethics booklets to all units;
- Monitored all stages of Performance Evaluation, communicating with employees and Mexico to resolve system issues;
- Processed payments to training and development suppliers in the SAP system;
- Compiled exit interview feedback from interns;

- Supported all stages of the company's Young Talent Program;
- Assisted in initiatives fostering individual and collective development of employees through the Talent Model competency development.
