As a Pool Attendant at Next Generation Health Clubs in Auckland since August 2023, I am responsible for maintaining a clean and safe pool environment by regularly cleaning and adjusting chemical levels to ensure water quality. I enforce pool rules, provide first aid, and participate in safety drills to ensure patron safety. Additionally, I offer excellent customer service by assisting members and guests, addressing inquiries, and providing information on pool schedules and services. I collaborate with team members to ensure smooth pool operations, assist lifeguards and swim instructors during busy times, and handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and managing pool supplies.
