Ben Martin

I’m a civil engineering professional with two years of industry experience, known for being adaptable, proactive, and collaborative in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments. I contributed to a range of projects, whether through hands on problem solving, supporting new initiatives, or stepping into informal mentoring roles when opportunities arose.

A commitment to sustainability was a consistent focus in my work, and I brought that mindset to every project I was involved in. During my time at Beca, I developed strong skills in time and risk management, quickly picked up a range of technical tools and software, and communicated effectively across teams and stakeholders.

I hold a full Class 1 manual driver’s licence and WTR endorsement, with hands on experience operating heavy machinery and vehicles on site.
