Ben McGregor

Over the past 2 years, while studying at Victoria University of Wellington, I have been a Phone Sales Representative at 4Mile Ltd. I was successful in converting outbound cold calls into sales. This role required me to develop relationships and trust by building rapport with customers over the phone. I am confident in my ability to generate leads, gain new customers, and build loyalty from first contact. My studies have also equipped me with extensive knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite and other CRM applications.

In addition to this, I have worked several casual jobs during my summer break while home in Auckland. My experience working at Cibo Parnell has allowed me to thrive in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of my responsibilities. Meanwhile, my time working as a labourer and furniture mover has developed my problem-solving and interpersonal skills while taking on additional responsibilities to meet team goals and project deadlines.

- I have played u85s rugby for Marist St. Pats in Wellington for the past 3 seasons, continuing my passion for the sport outside of high-school

- I enjoy going to the gym and going for runs to stay fit

- I like to take part in social sports such as basketball and cricket over the summer break

- I also love getting out on the boat to go fishing and diving.
