I have been in the wine industry for close to 10 years. I have worked 16 vintages worldwide with 7 of those being at Ata Rangi in Martinborough as assistant winemaker from 2018-2023. I am currently enrolled in a full-immersion Te Reo Maori program in Tauranga. As a young Maori winemaker, I believe I can benefit the NZ wine industry not only with my winemaking abilities and skilled palate but also with my culture and language. The course finishes November 2024.
