Senior Dairy Farm operator on a farm with 840 milking cows, 50 Bail rotary system. Adept in all farming procedures within the dairy from shifting, milking, feeding out, fencing, machine work etc. Experienced Rider and tractor operator. Carried out duties largely unsupervised. Consistently worked long hours non-stop.

Operated various types of machinery, demonstrating versatility and adaptability in diverse work environments.

Worked outside in all weather conditions.

Assisted in training new operators, sharing knowledge of best practices and promoting a culture of teamwork amongst peers.

Role included the precise measurement and signing off on chemical additions during the wine making process. Largely unsupervised I was in charge of locating and precisely measuring additions such as Sulfurs, Yeasts, Sugars and stabilizers. Unfortunately this role was cut short due to covid‐19, however I was fully trained in the role.
