Summary

A self-starter who built a large physiotherapy business in the UK from scratch that employed over 140 people turning over in excess of $10M.

I have a wide and varied base of experience and have needed to be a problem solver, innovator, mediator, mentor and completer. Above all I have needed to be a strong leader in order to deliver the changes and structures required for a fast growing business while promoting and cultivating a positive and strong culture within the business.

I am able to create and drive strategy, build robust financial plans, execute projects and dive into operational and financial detail when required. I think I am good with people.

I enjoy working with businesses at all levels providing advice and mentoring as well as Board level strategy and governance expertise.
