I pride myself in preparation for both trainings and games, in depth training plans and game plans to maximise the time available for trainings and create a strategy to get the most out of all players on the field. I work hard providing individual feedback to all players. Offering experience motivating and shaping players as a coach. Seeking an Offensive Coordinator role with the Aotearoa Flag Ferns.
