- Own BI On call support of IN, EU5,LATAM and US regions for Service Provider Network teams.

- Configure and setup automation alert tasks via Python for all vendors with KPI information's such as velocity, quality, hourly throughput, auto-log. All these metrics were build using advanced SQL queries and Amazon Redshift.

- Own maintenance and publishing of 39 WBRs in team for both IN and WW stakeholders. Each WBR has around 50+ SQL queries.

- Dive deeply into technical details (e.g., key dependencies, design schema,write queries , etc) with managers and drive constructive technical discussions. Extracting and combining data from various heterogeneous data sources
- Responsible for final reports in Power BI that must be submitted to DGCA.
- Hands-on experience to analyze large datasets, writing complex queries, and extract relevant information for business needs. This involves understanding data structures,group & Window functions, sub-queries, joining tables, Date & String functions and applying various filtering to generate meaningful insights.
- Responsible to create DAX measures and calculations to perform in-depth past business performance analysis using Filter & Time Intelligence functions and create interactive visualizations in Power BI
