- As a HCA I also had to make calls if needed so I am able to confidently use a phone and make calls with no problems
- I have excellent communications skills verbal and written as talking to my team to make sure we are on the same page and also to write emails
- Being an HCA has also made me a problem solver as the job requires to always think of other solutions and compromise
