Dempsey Wood has been involved in the 80ha multi-stage greenfield residential development from 2016 to 2023.

• Played a pivotal role in overseeing and executing contracts for various development stages, including Stage 3B Civils ($5 million in 2021), Stage 8 Civils ($7 million in 2021), Stage 4 ($10 million in 2023), Stages 8B1-3 and 6C1 ($2 million in 2023), and Stage KLE ($1.7 million in 2023).
• Financial and Administrative Support: Assist in quantifying monthly claims, managing subcontracted specialized building services, and overseeing the procurement process to support project objectives effectively.
• Project Management and Compliance Oversight: Consult with engineering and other professionals to ensure adherence to building legislation, standards, and specifications while overseeing projects valued at up to $10 million,
• Construction Process Supervision: Engage in the construction process to guarantee projects are completed within budget and on schedule, maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Stakeholder Liaison and Coordination: Act as a liaison with Local Authorities, Legal Authorities, and service providers, coordinating labor resources, procurements, and deliveries of materials, plants, and equipment.
• Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance: Ensure company health and safety policies are adhered to and improved upon while maintaining quality standards throughout project execution.

• Work alongside Project Manager:Assisted in the development of engineering projects and plans.
• Field Work and Site Visits: Accompany engineers to construction sites, conduct inspections, and gather data.
