- I am currently responsible for the project management of the heavy maintenance of the Airwork 737 fleet. This maintenance is carried out by STEASC Singapore under contract.
- In my role I establish a budget with Board approval and then manage the heavy maintenance visit within the budget and agreed turn-time. This role includes resource management, regular reporting to the business and troubleshooting of any issues that may impact on the delivery date (critical path items).

- As Configuration Engineer, I am responsible for adapting the configuration of a variety of 737 aircraft, from different previous operators, to the standard requirements of the Airwork Flight Operations fleet. This includes project management of the installation of new equipment such as Satcom, GPS navigation and ADS-B reporting equipment into the fleet, as well as smaller modifications to establish fleet consistency.
- My role as Configuration Engineer also includes maintaining the weight and balance data and certification for the Airwork 737 fleet, as well as the Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) of any modifications to determine their impact on the aircraft's electrical load capacity.

- As Security Manager for Airwork Flight Operations, I was responsible to CAANZ and the Australian Aviation Maritime Security (AMS) Division of the Department of Home Affairs for managing the security of the Airwork fleet in NZ and Australia in accordance with the relevant rules of each jurisdiction. This included training of staff, reporting of security incidents, maintaining security perimeters and management of the Security Manuals for each country.
