I've always been really intrigued with the ocean and love sharks,
I have experience with crewing on boat as I’ve worked for Able Tasman Sea Shuttle part time over summer holidays for the last 5 years
I’ve been lucky enough to be able to snorkel in Fiji,Samoa,Exmouth WA and The Able Tasman National park nz.
When I went to Fiji my parents took my brother and I on a snorkelling trip and I remember asking the skipper if he’s ever seen sharks out here,he said not in a long time. But I still had my hopes up that I would see a shark and I actually saw one. It was a Sand Tiger Shark and when I saw it I was so happy I started swimming after it.
In 2016 I went to Samoa with my family and some really close family friends we were at a hotel on the beach and my brother and I were outside and we saw a shark fin so I ran down to the beach and got a kayak and we kayaked out to it but the shark went into the waves and we weren’t aloud to go out that far out so we had to leave it and kayak back.
In 2018 I went to Exmouth for family trip and i was lucky enough to go shark diving with a whale shark. it was the most amazing experience getting to swim right next to the whale shark
Also in 2020 I went shark diving down in Bluff NZ with Great White Sharks and absolutely loved it and eager to get more experience in the water with sharks
Then in 2021 i went for my PADI open water dive certificate
